Job summary

PalAmerican Security, a leading protective and security company, is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to supervise and support security staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training staff; providing performance feedback; ensuring officers are prepared; tracking KPIs with the Director of Operations; conducting site assessments and client visits; and overseeing client billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security or related field with one year experience or equivalent
• At least three years of related experience
• Experience supervising security staff is a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train new staff
• Provide performance feedback and recognize talent for management roles
• Ensure security officers are adequately prepared for their assignments
• Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
• Conduct site assessments and client visits
• Collaborate on recruitment needs and oversee client billing
