Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; multiple levels with experience ranges.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Avalore will not sponsor visas.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira) and basic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Handle user requests and basic troubleshooting across channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
• Log and track all interactions; update ticket status and resolution details.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and assist with account-related problems.
• Contribute to knowledge base by creating/updating articles and FAQs.
• Participate in user training sessions and share best practices with users.
• Collect user feedback to improve support processes and identify recurring issues.
• Stay current with supported systems and applications to provide accurate support.
