Avalore, LLC is seeking a User Support Specialist to provide basic support across multiple channels, log tickets, and assist with documentation and training. The role covers basic troubleshooting, account issues, and knowledge base updates to improve user support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and experience with ServiceNow or Jira. This full-time position requires US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; multiple levels with experience ranges.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Avalore will not sponsor visas.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira) and basic IT support.

Responsabilités

• Handle user requests and basic troubleshooting across channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
• Log and track all interactions; update ticket status and resolution details.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and assist with account-related problems.
• Contribute to knowledge base by creating/updating articles and FAQs.
• Participate in user training sessions and share best practices with users.
• Collect user feedback to improve support processes and identify recurring issues.
• Stay current with supported systems and applications to provide accurate support.
