Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Data Operations Customer Support Specialist to troubleshoot data access, quality, and availability issues. You will gather customer feedback, document data service processes, and train users on data access and utilization.

You will monitor service health, track support metrics, and escalate to data engineering when needed, while participating in change management and proactive issue prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Secret level clearance or higher may be required for senior roles; junior/journeyman need basic security credentials.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship; relocation not specified.
• Excellent communication and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical data support and troubleshoot access, quality, and availability issues.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and data service documentation.
