Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with daily project administration and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for field crews, including booking flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with DoD security regulations.
• Assist in maintaining detailed records of inspections, preventive maintenance, and project updates.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to generate Personnel Assignment Notices (PANs) and update staffing documentation
• Provide data entry, document control, and report generation across multiple project management systems
• Provide the business development team daily “scraped” results and recommendations for proposal effort pursuit using various search tools.
