Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support complex engineering programs at White Oak, MD. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop integrated plans from planning through customer acceptance, and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring program goals are met.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 6–8+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in project management, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, or related).
• M08: 6+ years of progressive analytical experience with 3+ years of project management.
• M09: 8+ years of progressive analytical experience with 3+ years of project management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access AEDC LAN.
• Current U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor progress.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure designs meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare progress reports for leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and promote continuous improvement.
