Job summary

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, conduct risk reviews, and guide gate readiness activities, reporting to senior leadership. Remote work may be considered for this critical role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in proposal management, business development, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal efforts from pre-RFP planning through final submission with compliance.
• Define outlines, schedules, milestones, and gate reviews for proposals.
• Write, edit, and develop content including executive summaries and management sections.
• Ensure win themes, discriminators, and customer focus are integrated.
• Maintain proposal artifacts, compliance matrices, and schedule visibility.
