Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Level 2 Technical Writer to support the full life cycle of DoD electronic equipment documentation. You will create and maintain installation, configuration, and user guides, and develop training materials while coordinating with engineers and other writers.

You will produce clear how-to guides and SOPs, utilize Confluence for knowledge bases, and work with Jira for issue tracking, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings and DS-89 standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years' experience as a technical writer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical documentation for software and systems, including installation, configuration, and user guides.
• Create code documentation and implementation guides for capabilities.
• Produce end-user manuals and training materials; collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts.
