Job summary

TQI Solutions in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Technical Lead to serve as senior technical integration and coordination lead for the PHNSY program. You will partner with Government leadership, program stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities with the Government roadmap and optimize efficiencies.

The role is full-time, exempt, with a focus on cross-functional planning, governance, and delivering timely, actionable program insights from technical data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex technical activities in large IT/DoD environments.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, configuration management, and governance.
• Ability to translate complex tech into actionable information for leadership.
• Experience presenting data and dashboards to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical integration and coordination lead for PHNSY.
• Coordinate priorities and initiatives across the program with Government leaders.
• Lead cross-functional planning to identify risks and dependencies.
• Improve processes, streamline workflows, and reduce inefficiencies.
• Develop and present technical data to stakeholders for decision-making.
• Maintain regular communication with the Program Manager on priorities and issues.
