Job summary

TQI Solutions, a DoD-focused contractor, seeks a senior Project Manager to organize, direct, and coordinate complex Navy-centric programs. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure mission-aligned outcomes, strong governance, and delivered solutions within statutory and security requirements.

The role emphasizes strategic communications, risk management, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to improve readiness and operational effectiveness for Navy clients.

Qualifications

• Operations and maintenance of U.S. Navy ships or submarines.
• U.S. Navy training and maritime operations.
• Planning and operational assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to support GMRP readiness and coordination.
• Review RESCON change requests and policy exceptions.
• Develop briefs on GMRP readiness for Flag/General Officers and key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute emergency ship repairs with TYCOMs and SYSCOMs.
• Lead KM process improvements for emergency ship repairs.
• Draft information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence.
• Draft and edit naval correspondence and instruction updates.
• Provide periodic GMRP training as required.
