Job summary

RTX in Woburn, MA is seeking a Technical Documentation and Training Specialist to develop and maintain operations and maintenance training content for GLOBUS systems. The role involves preparing manuals, coordinating with engineers, and delivering instructor-led training onsite.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in relevant work, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in training delivery, training development, and/or technical manual development.
• Experience writing/editing technical or non-technical documentation in military or civilian settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content (presentations and materials).
• Assess engineering data for impacts on training content.
• Create and maintain technical manuals (theory, operations, maintenance, schematics, parts lists).
• Support customer meetings, IPRs, CRM adjudication, peer reviews, validation for training materials.
• Generate monthly program metrics for reviews and contract deliverables.
• Research technical docs and SME input to design learning solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led training and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Interface with DoD and partners to optimize products and ensure compliance.
