RTX is seeking a Technical Documentation and Training Specialist to work onsite in Woburn, MA. You will maintain training content and manuals for GLOBUS systems, coordinating with SMEs and DoD customers to ensure readiness across the product life cycle.

The role requires 5+ years in training or technical writing, the ability to deliver instructor-led courses, and occasional international travel. A DoD clearance background is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years.
• Experience in training delivery, development, and/or technical manual development.
• Experience creating or editing technical documentation in a military or civilian environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain training content, including presentations and materials.
• Create and maintain technical manuals with system theory, maintenance, schematics, and parts lists.
• Support customer meetings, IPRs, CRM adjudication, peer reviews, and validation for training materials.
• Generate monthly metrics for program reviews and deliverables.
• Research docs and SME input to design effective learning solutions.
• Deliver instructor-led training to stakeholders and evaluate effectiveness.
• Interface with DoD customers and international partners to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Travel approximately 15% domestically and internationally.
