RTX's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Life Cycle Engineering team in Woburn, MA seeks a Training Development Analyst I to design and revise operations and maintenance training plans for the Long Range Radar program. You will research documentation, translate technical concepts for operators and maintainers, and support LCE with administrative tasks to optimize the product life cycle.

This onsite role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and may involve travel up to 15%; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in training materials or technical documentation is preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training content, including presentations and materials.
• Assess existing training programs and identify needs.
• Analyze technical documentation to communicate specifications clearly.
• Research subject knowledge via interviews and review of specs, drawings, manuals.
• Prepare illustrative materials for training documentation and media.
