The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking a Technical Documentation and Training Specialist to work onsite in Woburn, MA. Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time, Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. As the Technical Documentation & Training Specialist, you'll be assigned to the GLOBUS program and will be responsible for the maintenance of technical manuals course materials, and training conduct pertaining to the operation and maintenance of the GLOBUS systems and subsystems in accordance with contract requirements. The role also includes administrative support of other GLOBUS Sustainment and Modernization Team members to facilitate innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Air & Space Defense System's products and services over their life cycle.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
