Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Arlington, VA, to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership positions within the Service Delivery Organization. You will forecast workforce needs, develop scalable, compliant processes, and partner with HR and managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related discipline.
• Proven success managing high-volume and specialized recruiting pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection methodologies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to define talent requirements and hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with goals and contract needs.
• Partner with HR to manage workforce planning, forecasting, and hiring priority.

• Oversee sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, networks, and passive outreach.
• Maintain diverse, qualified talent pipelines to support workforce needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
• Align training, certifications, and skills with government and industry standards.
