Avint LLC seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to support a large federal infrastructure program. This role leads project-level QA/QC initiatives, implements the QMS, coordinates inspections, manages documentation, and ensures compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.

You will work with engineering, construction, and program leadership to drive quality outcomes in secure environments, oversee CAPA, and support risk mitigation across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of QA/QC experience on construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with federal/DoD projects in secure environments.
• Ability to interpret and review technical documentation and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project-level QA/QC initiatives and implement QMS.
• Coordinate inspections and manage documentation.
• Oversee CAPA and corrective actions.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and program leadership.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection and testing agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement across the project.
