Job summary

Macro-Z-Technology is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee QA processes across federal and civil construction projects. You will ensure compliance with contract specifications, lead inspections, and manage documentation.

The role requires a current QCM/CQCM certification, experience with Corps of Engineers projects, strong data analysis and communication skills, and willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and site inspections.
• Experience with federal civil construction projects preferred.
• Must hold QCM/CQCM certification.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure contract compliance.
• Analyze data collection methods to improve QA processes.
• Oversee materials and workmanship quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
