Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leading provider of building intelligence, seeks a Project Leader 1 to oversee SES security projects, including intrusion, access control, video surveillance, and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial clients.

You will develop CPM schedules in Primavera, manage budgets, coordinate field teams, and lead kickoff meetings, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or science with 7+ years experience or 5+ years with MS degree.
• Active eligibility for U.S. government security investigation; US Citizenship may be required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project Superintendent with documentation, layout, and field office support.
• Develop resource-loaded CPM schedules in Primavera with time scale logic.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and manage budget/cost codes.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs; monitor progress and KPIs.
• Prepare bids, change orders, and submittals; coordinate with customers.
