Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Andover, MA is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing cell in the Patriot Missile value stream, guiding a team of 5–15 employees to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

You will plan, organize, and direct work flow, hire and train staff, monitor attendance, manage overhead costs, and enforce company policies. Prior supervisory/manufacturing experience and a university degree are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisor, Leadership and/or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Execution of schedule and cost based on internal customer needs.
• Deployment and monitoring of resources for successful completion of tasks
• Employee hiring and training.
• Time and attendance tracking
• Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
