Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a 4th shift Production Supervisor for the Circuit Card Manufacturing factory in Andover, MA. You will lead a team of 10–20 assembly, inspection, and test staff, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining a safe workplace.

This role collaborates with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and test engineering to drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and lean methods.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
