Job summary

AERMOR LLC in Omaha, Nebraska seeks an Operations Research Analyst to support U.S. Government NC3 Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOT&E).

The role requires strong mathematical, statistical, and technical skills to plan, execute, and report on testing across nuclear, cyber, and complex threat environments. The candidate will leverage DOE techniques, data analysis, and robust methodologies to design tests, analyze results, and communicate findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree.
• Test and Evaluation experience preferred.
• 6 years of experience in Operations Research or similar analytics.
• Experience with Design of Experiments concepts and statistical principles.
• TOP SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in national security by supporting OA/OT&E of NC3 systems.
• Apply DOE techniques to optimize test designs and data collection.
• Identify and apply analytical methods for testing and assessments.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test plans from objectives to reports.
• Develop analytical tools and models to evaluate system performance.
