Job summary

AERMOR is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support the United States Government in NC3 IOT&E testing, applying advanced mathematics, statistics, and DOE techniques to design and evaluate tests, collect robust data, and generate actionable analyses for mission-critical systems in Omaha, Nebraska.

You will work with government stakeholders, develop analytical models, and translate complex results into clear reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, OR, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Operations Research or similar analytics.
• Experience with Design of Experiments concepts and statistics.
• TOP SECRET clearance or ability to obtain SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support NC3 systems testing through DOE-based test design and data collection.
• Develop analytical tools and models to evaluate system performance.
• Communicate findings to leadership via reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality analysis across test phases.
