Job summary

Aegis Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Operational Test & Evaluation Analyst to support DoD RDT&E activities in Albuquerque, NM. You will help define threats, develop test methodologies, data-collection plans, and support test events, analyses, and formal reports for senior leaders.

The role requires an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, a relevant degree with experience, and the ability to lead teams or work independently within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field with required experience; alternative degrees with specified years of experience accepted.
• Experience in research, analysis, test & evaluation, data collection, or formal reporting.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct analytical activities to identify threats to operational missions.
• Provide information and recommendations to support senior-leader decisions.
• Develop test methodologies, scenarios, and data-collection plans.
• Execute operational test events and analyze results for reports.
