Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in Operations Research or related analytical work.
• Experience with design of experiments and statistical principles; ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support operational testing and evaluation for NC3 systems across nuclear and cyber domains.
• Design, plan, and execute DOE-based test designs and data collection.
• Develop analytical methodologies and tools to evaluate system performance against key metrics.
• Analyze test capabilities, identify requirements and risks, and propose solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating complex findings to leadership.
• Update data vocabularies and metadata catalogs for accessible data management.
• Collaborate with Test Director and cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness.
