Job summary

RTX is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor for the Antenna Elements Team in the Andover area. You will lead 25–30 represented employees in a fast-paced, low mix/high volume environment delivering PATRIOT Radar components, while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost accountability, workload planning, training, time/attendance tracking and enforcing policies. A university degree with 5+ years’ experience (or Advanced Degree with 3+ years) is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or Operations/Manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Schedule and cost accountability.
• Effectively manage day-to-day assignments for 25-30 represented employees.
