Job summary

CRL Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the IT/IA focal point for inquiries at the Patuxent River, MD site. The role requires a Final DoD Top Secret clearance and an on-site work arrangement with no telework.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 annually, with potential signing bonus and relocation assistance based on experience and contract requirements. The candidate will administer Jira, Confluence, and ITSM processes while supporting users and assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• IAT I certification required or to be obtained within six months post-hire.
• Customer service-oriented interaction with system users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program office's IT/IA focal point for inquiries and requests.
• Resolve hardware, software, and user issues or escalate as needed.
• Prepare training manuals and deliver user training.
• Track issues to resolution and contribute to ITSM metrics.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, and related products.
• Perform System Administration tasks and maintain documentation.
• Participate in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB processes.
• Provide Assured File Transfer (AFT) across security domains.
