Job summary

CRL Technologies seeks a Service Desk Analyst in Lexington Park, MD to act as the IT/IA focal point for inquiries, resolving hardware, software, and user issues on-site at Patuxent River. You will create training materials and track issues through ITSM workflows while administering Jira and Confluence.

The role requires a Final DoD Top Secret clearance, IAT I certifications within six months, and a strong customer-service mindset, with relocation and signing bonus options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience performing the described duties.
• Must meet IAT I certification requirements or obtain certifications within six months.
• Customer service focused attitude when interacting with system users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program office’s focal point for IT/IA inquiries and determine root causes.
• Resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues; elevate complex cases as needed.
• Prepare training manuals, FAQs, and deliver user training.
• Track issues through to completion and report ITSM metrics.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, and other products to meet user needs.
• Perform system administration tasks and assist System Administrators.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system changes and configurations.
• Participate in IT Asset Management and inventory of IT hardware/software.
• Provide Assured File Transfer (AFT) across security domains per policy.
• Assist in management of COMSEC keying material and equipment.
