CRL Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to operate on-site in Lexington Park, MD, supporting DoD acquisitions and procurement efforts. The role requires a Final Top-Secret clearance and a willingness to work at Patuxent River, MD, with no telework option.

Salary ranges from $105,000 to $175,000 annually, with signing bonus and relocation assistance potential. The candidate will coordinate with technical leads, review procurement documentation, prepare PR packages, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) or more years of experience with federal acquisition process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good oral and written communication skills; knowledge of Navy contracts, security and finance processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations for planning, developing, monitoring and executing procurement and contractual actions and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical leads to support pre- and post-acquisition strategy planning and implementation.
• Prepare and facilitate signature of Procurement Request (PR) packages for contracts and Government activities.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Specifications and CDLLs; coordinate with finance to identify funding for procurements.
• Ensure packages are complete and track through approval with technical, cost, security, IT/IA, finance, program management and contract teams.
