Qualifications
Knowledge of common criminal justice system terminology and processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Minimum 5 years' experience creating or managing criminal justice information records and 3 years' experience in similar criminal justice experience.
Must have a Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Responsibilities
Conducts entries of records within several FBI criminal justice information systems.
Focal point for respective MAJCOMs regarding Disposition of Firearms checks.
Engages with assigned Indexing Compliance Managers and JA offices providing feedback and resolution.
Conducts real-time evaluations, audits, creation, and correction of DAF indexing records.
Ensures compliance with established DoW and DAF policies.
Monitors and tracks requests for entries of DAF information into federal databases.
Engages directly with DAF‑CJIC CHRI Data Manager regarding MAJCOM compliance.
Provides resolutions to Requests for Information as needed.
