Job summary

Amentum seeks an HR Business Partner with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our team in Northern, VA. The HRBP will partner with the business, support staffing, compensation, employee relations, and HRIS activities, and liaise with security and union stakeholders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field, 2 years of relevant experience, and on-site work. Proficiency with MS Office and US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must work on site 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Must be a US citizen and possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an initial employee/manager point of contact for HR activities including staffing, compensation, leave, recognition, training and development, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, and coaching.
• Facilitates communication between union representatives and management to ensure understanding and adherence to the union contract.
• Monitors compliance with labor agreement terms and collaborates to address potential violations and corrective actions.
