Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Food Services General Manager to lead daily operations for secure food service programs in a high-sensitivity environment. You will ensure quality, supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain compliance with safety, contractual, and security requirements.

You will coordinate with leadership, vendors, and stakeholders, plan catering events, monitor service levels, and drive continuous improvement while safeguarding resources and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, General Studies or an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Five+ years of relevant food service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food service operations, including food preparation, meal service, catering, and events.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, track expenses, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and coordinate repairs to minimize service disruptions.
• Prepare for health inspections, audits, and contract compliance reviews, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure staff complete food safety and security training and maintain training records.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for food handling, cash handling, and operations.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet demand within budget.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and rotation to reduce waste and maintain freshness.
• Plan catering and special events to support mission and leadership requirements.
