• Oversees and supports 28 U.S.C. 2255 habeas matters for USAO.
• Drafts legal documents and proposed orders for signature.
• Briefs attorneys with pertinent facts, issues and case law.
• Performs legal research and analyzes statutes, precedents, and regulations.
• Coordinates with AUSAs and staff on deadlines and filings.
