Responsibilities

Preparing substantive legal documents for post-judgment debt collection actions.
Conducting interviews to assess the effectiveness of legal actions against debtors.
Analyzing credit information and public records related to debtor assets.
Researching and summarizing legal precedents and preparing legal digests.
Tracking case progress and ensuring timely submission of legal documents.
