Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Facility Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage resources to ensure programs stay within scope, schedule, and budget. You will interface with leaders, subcontractors, and staff to align resources and communicate strategy.

The role emphasizes independent work, meticulous attention to detail, and leadership of project activities. Relevant experience in national security or related domains is required along with proficiency in building systems and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.
• BA/BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within national security, intelligence analysis or related security-focused domains.
• Strong knowledge of mission‑critical building systems.

Responsibilities

• Interface with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractor and support staff to coordinate resources and responsibilities.
• Provide strategic communication planning for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new products, services or operational strategies in support of organizational goals.
• Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
• Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.
