Job summary

RTX Fort Bliss is seeking an Electronics Assembler to assemble and repair electronic units, solder components, and interpret assembly drawings. You will support a range of product lines including RF electronics and chassis assemblies, following strict ESD and safety guidelines.

The role requires HS diploma or GED with relevant experience, IPC certification where possible, and the ability to work extended hours as needed to meet customer goals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronic assembly and soldering/rework.
• IPC certification preferred for continuing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.
• Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, part lists, and/or work instructions.
• Support production/rework/repair of various product lines including electronics box assemblies and RF electronics.
