Job summary

RTX Fort Bliss is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to assemble, solder, and repair electronic units in a fast-paced environment. You will read engineering drawings, manage documentation, and support multiple product lines while maintaining ESDS and safety compliance.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience; IPC certifications are preferred. Onsite work at Fort Bliss with potential overtime and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronic assembly including soldering/rework and cable assembly/rework.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair electronic units using prescribed techniques.
• Solder components using industry-standard methods and tools.
• Read and interpret drawings, part lists, and work instructions.
• Support production, rework, and repair across multiple product lines.
• Maintain ESDS precautions and accurate documentation of work.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Test Technicians, and QA to ensure quality.
