Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply weapons-system protection, conduct reverse engineering reviews, and develop training materials in collaboration with government and industry partners.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, active Top Secret clearance, and 12+ years in DoD engineering. Expect travel up to 10% CONUS and leadership in curriculum delivery for a classified environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in engineering within DoD or related programs.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience in past 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and determine reverse engineering methodologies for electronics.
• Develop curriculum modules for education outreach.
• Work with Government and industry partners to develop and update training materials.
• Instruct sponsored courses in a classified environment using various instructional aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, including RFP development and technical oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and specifications.
• Identify technologies and evaluate CPI protection improvements.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems and components.
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies.
• Prepare ad-hoc technical documentation for ICT initiatives.
