Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking an NMCC Asset Manager to support asset lifecycle management for the NMCC, working with HAF, OSD, and JCS. The role focuses on inventory tracking, accountability, and compliance in a high-security setting while maintaining 8,000+ IT assets using Remedy/ServiceNow and advanced Excel tools.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, independence, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Experience with enterprise IT asset management systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering) for large datasets.
• Prior IT asset management or inventory control experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working independently in secure environments (SCIF).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory system for 8,000+ IT assets.
• Perform heavy manual data entry and asset tagging in secure areas.
• Generate detailed asset reports for critical infrastructure.
• Provide high-level customer service to leadership and technical teams.
• Conduct regular in-person physical inventories with high accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and security policies with minimal supervision.
