Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions seeks an Asset Manager to own end-to-end IT Asset Management, ensuring hardware, software, and licensing assets are tracked from procurement through retirement. The role drives cost control, license compliance, and audit readiness while partnering with Configuration Management to keep CMDB data aligned.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of ITAM/ITSM experience, holds an Active Secret clearance, and is knowledgeable in ITIL and asset platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT Asset Management or ITSM operations experience.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; Intermediate/Practitioner preferred.
• Experience with ITAM/ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management) and asset modules.
• Strong knowledge of software license models and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own IT Asset Management lifecycle across procurement to disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records (hardware, software, licenses).
• Track software license entitlements, usage, and compliance; remediate over-/under-utilization.
• Coordinate procurement requests and asset tagging; manage GFE in line with government property rules.
• Prepare and present asset management reports and KPIs to leadership.
• Maintain asset management policies and vendor relationships.
