Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the Defense Enterprise Account from our Fairfax, VA office. The role demands senior technical architecture, sales engineering leadership, and technology strategy across cloud, data/AI, autonomy, and cybersecurity.

You will drive technology priorities, maturation of offerings, and credible discriminators while guiding delivery teams through complex, secure, and scalable solutions for DoD customers, with a strong emphasis on mission

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex technology solutions in federal or national security markets.
Experience supporting Department of Defense customers, preferably Fourth Estate agencies or Combatant Commands.
Active security clearance at the appropriate level or eligibility to obtain additional access.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the account technology strategy aligned with missions and growth objectives.
Lead growth, capture, and sales engineering activities to shape opportunities before solicitation release.
Provide technical leadership across the account with architects, delivery teams, and program managers.
Oversee architecture design, technical volumes, staffing, and estimation inputs for pursuits.
Ensure proposed solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and cost-effective.
Manage transitions from proposal through startup and operations, balancing innovation with resilience.
