Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, systems engineering, or product ownership.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with OSI model and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Define and align product vision with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, systems, design, vendors, and sales.
• Develop roadmaps and manage end-to-end delivery of new and existing technologies.
• Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate solutions through prototyping.
