Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
• Minimum 3 years in a CMMS/maintenance admin role
• Experience with CMMS platforms, preferably WebTMA
• Strong communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Input data and maintain CMMS for asset and inventory tracking and analytics
• Manage service calls/work orders and warranty/regulatory enforcement
• Support facility maintenance and performance reporting
• Serve as primary liaison with CMMS vendor and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain equipment maintenance and repair histories
