Job summary

ATI, located in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking a CMMS Administrator to support mission-critical operations in a secure environment. The role focuses on data input, maintenance of the CMMS, and generating advanced reports to improve asset and facility management.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in CMMS or related systems, preferably with WebTMA, and a proven ability to work independently while communicating effectively with internal teams and a CMMS vendor.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls/work orders, warranties, and compliance enforcement.
• Serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot issues.

CMMS Administrator

ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator for a position located in Springfield, Virginia. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations.

• Competitive salary of $100,000-$125,000/year depending on experience;

Duties and Responsibilities

• This position will be required to input data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of:
  • Assets and equipment inventory management;
  • Facility maintenance and repairs;
  • Service call/work order management;
  • Automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement;
  • Facility performance management;
  • Equipment performance management; and
  • Equipment maintenance/repair histories.
• Candidate will also serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must be US Citizens;
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems;
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms - experience with WebTMA or similar is a big plus;
• Excellent communication skills; and
• High level of professionalism for client interaction.
