Job summary

ATI, Inc. seeks a Project Management Support Specialist to assist the Facility Manager and project team on a federal contract in Springfield, VA. The role emphasizes project administration, coordination, and documentation control to ensure smooth operations in secure environments.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and able to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Minimum 2 years knowledge management experience, federal preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with CMMS (WebTMA, Builder) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Facility Manager and Project team.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions.
• Maintain project calendars, inspections, site visits, and stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as access requests and interviews.
• Maintain logs for submittals, RFIs, drawings, and docs; archive files.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports and ensure files are accessible.
• Support CMMS administration and hard copy records library.
• Coordinate vendor communications, procurements, and invoice tracking.
• Assist with site access, security coordination, and daily activity logs.
• Help maintain manpower, equipment utilization, and QA/QC documentation.
