Qualifikationen

• BA degree and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active DOD TS/SCI clearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels (military/government)
• Prior government asset management/property control experience
• 8+ years of government asset management experience
• 5+ years in stock/bench stock management
• 5+ years of software license management
• Experience with ITIL v4 and IT asset management processes
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT Asset Management

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary interface to the program/IT Asset Management team.
• Manage asset lifecycle from cradle-to-grave.
• Monitor and improve asset management processes and data quality.
• Track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with policies.
• Train and mentor team members on software asset management and license requirements.
• Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for updates and patches.
• Prepare asset inventory reports and conduct annual physical inventories.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/IC procedures for asset disposition.
