Job summary

JCS Solutions is seeking an Asset Management & Logistics Support Specialist Lead at Ft. Belvoir, VA. The role ensures 100% accountability for government property and cradle-to-grave asset management across the program lifecycle.

You will mentor a team, optimize asset workflows, and coordinate with IT Asset Management and procurement to maintain compliance and data integrity in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10–13 years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with government asset management and DoD contractor environments.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management and logistics operations for cradle-to-grave lifecycle.
• Serve as primary interface to program/IT Asset Management teams.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and training materials for staff.
• Execute asset tracking, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coach and mentor team members on software asset management and data reporting.
