Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee software and hardware asset management within the CESO environment. The role is 100% on-site in Arlington, VA with occasional travel in the DC-Metro area.

You will develop asset control processes, manage lifecycle activities, and ensure license compliance across both classified and unclassified environments. Qualified candidates hold a TS/SCI with CI Poly, a bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years in IT asset management, including staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT asset management experience.
• Experience managing staff (minimum 3 years).
• Experience in asset lifecycle, policy development, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset control processes for device and contract monitoring.
• Assist in inventory management, procurement, and shipment activities.
• Design and implement asset management policies and processes.
• Monitor software licenses for compliance with agreements.
• Ensure audit readiness for IT software assets.
• Provide guidance to Software Asset Administrators daily.
• Report KPI/metric information regularly and on-demand.
• Manage lifecycle from creation to retirement and disposal.
• Verify assets against licenses and inventory; initiate corrective actions.
