Job summary

Qualifications

• BA degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong decision-making and attention to detail
• Effective written and oral communication across all staff levels
• Prior property control experience with U.S. military or DoD contractors
• 8+ years of government asset management experience
• 5+ years stock and bench stock management experience
• 5+ years software license management
• Experience planning and implementing Enterprise Lifecycle Property Management programs

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level evaluation guidance
• Serve as primary interface to program/IT Asset Management team
• Manage asset and software management challenges and resolutions
• Oversee tracking, receipt, issue, and recovery of Government Furnished Equipment
• Train staff in software asset management, data reporting, and license requirements
• Document processes, monitor efficiency, and stay current with best practices
• Develop workflows and advise the government customer
• Coach and review team performance
• Execute Lifecycle Management Plan aligned processes
• Produce reports and conduct analytics
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Direct asset management database and reporting
• Ensure assets are accurately tracked in approved government spaces
• Develop training materials, guides, and SOPs
• Prepare asset inventory reports and support annual physical inventories
• Monitor license/maintenance expirations and notify teams
• Coordinate with vendors for updates and patches
• Handle packaging, shipping, and disposal of assets
• Disposal of obsolete IT equipment per DoD/IC procedures
