B-Tech Fire & Security in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Camera system / IT support Technician to install and service integrated security and IT systems for residential and commercial buildings.

You will configure access control, CCTV systems, and networked devices, read blueprints, coordinate with vendors, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a safe driving record and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Installation of security and access systems including Brivo, Exacq, Vision, AiPhone, and Honeywell.
• Reads and interprets architectural blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Maintains vendor/contractor relationships and ensures service quality.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service security and IT systems for residential and commercial buildings.
• Program and test system devices and access control.
• Troubleshoot network communication issues and assist in CCTV/intercom projects.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with vendors and field technicians on site.
