B-Tech Fire & Security is seeking aCamera system / IT support Technician in Bloomington, IN to install and maintain security, access control, and CCTV systems for residential and commercial properties.

You will handle wiring, programming, and network troubleshooting, while providing professional customer service and collaborating with vendors to ensure quality service.

• Requires understanding of LAN/WAN and network switches.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install sophisticated security systems including Brivo, Exacq, Vision, AiPhone and Honeywell.
• Develop and maintain access/intrusion systems and field devices.
• Perform wiring termination and system programming, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to maintain service standards and resolve issues.
