Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Branch Manager in Pittsburgh to lead contract security operations across Western Pennsylvania. You will manage finances, staff, and client relations while reporting to the Regional VP.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership to sustain growth and profitability. Expect a dynamic environment with 50% travel, a focus on performance metrics, and opportunities to develop leaders within the branch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Contract Security Operations experience.
• 4+ years of management experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with compliant driving record

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and drive profitable growth, leading revenue and margin expansion.
• Optimize workforce strategy through smart labor planning and scheduling.
• Build a high-performance culture with engaged, accountable teams.
• Protect and expand client relationships with a 95%+ annual retention rate.
• Develop future leaders by recruiting and onboarding key staff yearly.
• Drive operational excellence via systems usage, accurate reporting, and disciplined execution.
• Lead with integrity, ensure compliance, and model professional standards.
• Champion cross-functional growth initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
